This menu of the silent installers will pop up with a 10 second count down, after finished - system will reboot. On some systems where there is a theme entry in your winnt.sif, the theme will not be applied automatically, the Windowblinds menu will popup like in image below and you pick Bliss and hit apply. Then you can now pick any of the hot skins and then pick wallpaper as in image 2 below: Apply Bliss theme if Black Xp doesn't show on first boot, then pick skin. Windowblinds Will close after you are done.
